Unless otherwise announced, meetings begin at 3:00p and end between 4:30p and 5:00p.



Meeting Format:

  • Refreshments provided (10 min. prior to start of meeting)
  • Announcements/discussion of KCP business (appx. 10 min.)
  • Topic presented by scheduled speaker (appx. 30 – 80 min.)
  • Follow-up Q&A related to presented topic (appx. 10 – 15 min.)
  • Open Forum (appx. 10 – 15 min.)
